Complaints
       The procedure applies to all parties that are involved in the review request procedure, including the concerned "Halal Center" LLC customer and "Halal Center" LLC concerned staff members.
       Complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction, other than appeal, by any person or organization to a conformity assessment body or accreditation body relating to the activities of that body, where a response is expected. ("CMK2-03-041-Form for Complaints")        Complaints must be submitted through written means within 60 days from the date when a reason for complaint has arisen. "Halal Center" LLC will not respond to anonymous complaints, complaints without clear and full contact information, or complaints from anyone other than customers, prospective customers who have already filled out and submitted an application and undergone an audit, and "Halal Center" LLC employees.
       After receipt of the complaint in writing, "Halal Center" LLC shall investigate confidentially whether it relates to the certification activities and scope for which "Halal Center" LLC is responsible, and decide upon the acceptance of it.
       Where the complaint is accepted, "Halal Center" LLC shall acknowledge it to the complainant. In cases where the complaint is not accepted, "Halal Center"  LLC shall give notice to the complainant of it with the reason(s).
