2. AGREE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3. PROCESS OF AUDIT

As the set of documents is complete and signed up, the audit team will manage your file. This will commence with an initial certification audit and site visit, where your records and procedures, your production facilities and practices will be evaluated. After non-conformities are identified and recorded, the customer will be required to address these prior to the certification decision being made by "Halal Center" LLC. In some cases, a further site visit of the audit team may be required to confirm that the non-conformities have been resolved. For current customers, auditors and experts of "Halal Center" LLC conduct periodic surveillance audits, re-certification audits and unannounced audits which allows an on-going process of certification the customer's products, and allows "Halal Center" LLC to confirm its compliance with both internal and international standards, and the requirements of external accreditation bodies.

4. HALAL CERTIFICATION

The audit team will make their recommendation at the final stage of the audit. The final Halal certification decision will be made by the Certification Committee. When the decision on Halal certification is made the Director will issue the Halal certificate and forward it to the customer. It is crutial that customers understand their continued obligations after the Halal certificate has been issued. Customers need to be aware that they need to contact "Halal Center" LLC before they make any changes to their business or their production that may potentially affect the Halal status of certified products in order to confirm that these changes are acceptable. This will ensure that the Halal certificate remains valid.
