Certification - Appeal
       The procedure applies to all parties that are involved in the review request procedure, including the concerned "Halal Center" LLC customer and "Halal Center" LLC concerned staff members.
       Complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction, other than appeal, by any person or organization to a conformity assessment body or accreditation body relating to the activities of that body, where a response is expected. ("CMK2-03-042 Form for Appeal")        Appeals must be submitted through written means within 60 days from the date when a reason for appeal has arisen. "Halal Center" LLC will not respond to anonymous appeals, appeals made by anyone other than customers and prospective customers that have already filled out and submitted an application and undergone an audit, or appeals without clear and full contact information being provided. Upon receipt of the written appeal, "Halal Center" LLC shall investigate the subject of the appeal confidentially and decide upon the acceptance of it.
       Where the appeal is accepted, "Halal Center" LLC shall give notice to the appellant of it. In cases where the appeal is not accepted, Company shall give notice to the appellant of it with the reason in writing.
